CHANGING THE WAY WE CONNECT
Understand what drives you.
You may already recognise the behaviours that help you succeed, as well as the ones that create difficulty. The Enneagram helps you understand what sits beneath them. It gives you a clearer view of the motivations, assumptions and recurring patterns influencing how you make decisions, respond under pressure and connect with other people.

You already know what you do. The more useful question is why.
By the time you have built a successful career or business, you usually know your strengths. You also know where things become more difficult. You may struggle to delegate even when you trust the people around you, continue carrying responsibilities that should no longer require your attention, or find yourself responding to familiar situations in ways that no longer serve you.
These patterns are rarely caused by a lack of knowledge or experience. They are often connected to the deeper motivations that have shaped how you work, relate and succeed. The Enneagram makes those motivations easier to recognise, giving you the clarity to decide which patterns remain useful and which need to change.

More than a personality type.
The Enneagram is a framework for understanding the inner patterns that shape how you experience and respond to the world. It describes nine distinct ways of directing attention, interpreting experience and navigating relationships, each influenced by its own motivations, assumptions and concerns.
Used properly, the Enneagram does not reduce you to a number or place you inside a fixed category. It helps you recognise the internal logic behind your behaviour, including why certain responses feel automatic and why familiar patterns continue to appear. That understanding creates the opportunity to work with those patterns more consciously and choose how you want to respond.
Discovering your type is only the beginning. The value of the Enneagram lies in using that understanding to change how you connect back to yourself and the world around you.
Clarity that can be applied to real decisions
The value of the Enneagram is not simply that it describes you accurately. Its value lies in what you can do with that understanding. When you recognise what is driving a familiar response, you can begin working with the pattern rather than being directed by it.

Recognise your patterns earlier
Understand what captures your attention, which situations activate familiar responses and how these patterns influence what you notice or overlook.

Make more informed decisions
Separate what the situation requires from the fears, assumptions and personal needs that may be influencing your judgement and priorities.

Respond effectively under pressure
Recognise how stress changes your thinking, communication and behaviour before an automatic response begins shaping the outcome of the situation.

Communicate with greater awareness
Understand how your intentions may be experienced by other people and adjust your approach without compromising your judgement or authenticity.

Use your strengths deliberately
Recognise how the qualities that contributed to your success can become limitations when relied upon too heavily or applied indiscriminately.

Reconsider your professional identity
Distinguish between who you are and the professional identity you have developed in response to responsibility, expectation and continued success.
THE TYPING PROCESS
Identifying Your Enneagram Type
The typing process is a structured, two-hour conversation that combines guided teaching with exploration of your lived experience. We begin with the foundations of the Enneagram before working through the types in a clear and systematic way. As we explore the framework, we consider how the different motivations and patterns appear across your life, helping you recognise the type that most accurately reflects what drives you rather than simply how you appear to others.
We then bring that understanding into the present by considering how your type may be influencing the decisions, relationships and responsibilities you are navigating now. This gives you a practical foundation for applying what you have learned beyond the session.

She guided me through the framework in a way that helped me better understand who I am and how my patterns influence both my personal and professional life. COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you book
Do I need to know anything about the Enneagram before booking?
No. You do not need to know anything about the Enneagram before booking. During the session, I will guide you through the foundations of the framework and the motivations associated with each type, giving you the information you need to discover your Enneagram type as we work through the process. No prior knowledge is required.
Should I take an online assessment?
I personally do not recommend online assessments, ever. Online assessments rely on your responses to a fixed set of questions and may identify the type that best matches your visible behaviour. However, similar behaviours can be shaped by very different internal motivations, and your answers may also reflect the role you have learned to perform. A guided conversation explores what drives those behaviours and considers possible types against the broader context of your lived experience.
What if I already took an assessment online?
That is not a problem. We will begin with the type suggested by your assessment and hold it as a possibility rather than a conclusion. As we work methodically through the guided typing process, we will explore whether that type accurately reflects your underlying motivations and consider other types that may align more closely with your inner motivations.
How will we identify my Enneagram type?
I will guide you through a structured process that helps us narrow the possibilities and identify the type most consistent with your underlying motivations and recurring patterns. I will explain what I am hearing and help you examine how each possible type aligns with your lived experience. The process is collaborative, but you will not be left to determine your type without guidance. By the end of the session, you should understand both the type we have identified and why it fits.
What can I expect to gain from the session?
You will gain a clearer understanding of your likely Enneagram type, the motivations associated with it and the recurring patterns that may influence your decisions, relationships and responses under pressure. We will also consider how you can apply that understanding to the areas of your life and work where it is most relevant now.
How does this differ from therapy or conventional coaching?
This is a structured professional-development process grounded in the Enneagram and informed by my experience in organisational consulting. It helps you understand the motivations and recurring patterns influencing your decisions, relationships and responses, then consider how that insight can be applied in your life and work. It is not therapy and is not intended to diagnose or treat mental-health concerns.
Do you work with organisations and teams?
Yes. I use the Enneagram within my wider organisational and strategic consulting work, including work with executive teams. This page focuses specifically on individual Enneagram sessions. To discuss work within your organisation, please contact me through the main consulting enquiry page.
The patterns behind your decisions
If you are ready to understand what is shaping the way you work, relate and respond, the Enneagram Typing Session is the place to begin. We will examine the motivations and recurring patterns most relevant to the questions you are facing now and consider how that understanding can be applied in your day-to-day life.
